The Building is fully sprinklered with and addressable fire alarm system with remote monitoring. The Building is equipped with a card access entry system that is monitored and controlled by a central security centre.
HVAC and electrical systems have been significantly upgraded to allow for “call centre” usage, including auxilliary power and cooling for data centre capabilities. Heating is provided through radiant panels located around the perimiter of each floor.
