Building Overview

This Building is the 3rd of three constructed in a cluster that surrounds a scenic pond. The Buildings are linked by a footpath and bridge. It has a very natural setting with landscaped flower beds and is located adjacent to the Park’s daycare centre. This 3 storey Building is constructed with a re-inforced concrete structure and clad with archtectural pre-cast panels, and aluminum framed curtain wall. It’s L-shaped layout at 28,000 square foot floor plates allow optimum flexibility for both small and large users.

The Building’s interior design includes a recently renovated main lobby, 1 hydraulic elevator, and one at grade overhead door for receiving. The Building is fully sprinklered, with an addressable fire alarm system with remote monitoring. The Building is equipped with a card access entry system that is monitored and controlled by a central security centre.

Building HVAC is provided through multiple packaged roof mounted units c/w humidification and totaling 240 tons. Distribution is through a zoned VAV system controlled by a central building automation system.
