As the landlord of choice for Ottawa’s technology community, we own and operate 34 buildings spanning over 3.1 million square feet of space across two fully-developed business parks in Kanata North. Several of our key tenants have called our properties home for more than 20 of the 30+ years we have been in business. That’s an impressive retention metric. We’re even prouder of our staff retention metric. Our low staff turnover rate is a testament to the corporate culture we’ve built over the years.
