Constructed in 2000, the G.Best Building is set back from Legget Drive with heavily landscaped parking rooms and overlooks the 16th green of the Marshes Golf Course. The exterior of the Building is clad with architectural metal panels and aluminum framed curtain wall with low ‘E’ glazing. Unique to commercial office buildings, each floor (2-6) incorporates 2 balconies that overlook the extensively landscaped grounds.

The floor plate easily accommodates both single or multi-tenant tenant configurations with a central core. Heating by terminal re-heat on perimeter VAV boxes. Provision for additional rooftop mounted dry-coolers with glycol coolant lines in ceiling spaces for future additional cooling capacity is available.
