Park News June 2021

Back-to-Work
While occupancy levels day-to-day remain stable, leasing activity within the Parks is abuzz. Our team is experiencing a surge in requests for space in all shapes and forms – while many businesses are strategizing on what their future office space needs will be, others are looking for new or additional space which we hope is indicative of good things to come. Our hope, like yours, is that this Fall will bring us a fresh start as we return to a more social way of doing business.
On this note, we’d like to get your thoughts on what a return to work will look like for your office. Our Property Management team will be sending all tenants a link to a short survey for feedback on your experience in the parks and, in particular, what measures your team is considering when returning to in-office work.
While our administrative offices have been operating primarily from home since March of 2020, our Operations team has been on the ground doing what they do best without pause. The quieter tenant traffic within the KRP portfolio has allowed for more time and focus to be spent on building improvements such as HVAC and lighting upgrades as well as aesthetic updates to common areas including lobbies, washrooms and corridors. Meanwhile, our Construction team has been working with a number of you as you fit-up your spaces prior to returning to the office. If you have any questions or comments in relation to your space or the building in which your office is located, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Property Manager.
